DOING NOTHING IS DOING SOMETHING

Person A: What are you doing tonight?

Person B: Nothing.

Person A: Oh? You want to do something?

Person B: I just told you what I am doing.

Have you ever had this conversation?

Have you ever gone out with a friend, acquaintance or work colleague when you didn't want to?

This is where you have to be strong. You have to say no, or if you can't say no then emphasise that doing nothing is doing something for you.

That's the secret, doing nothing is doing something and the fact that you want to do it alone should be your choice, not someone else's who can't stand to spend five minutes alone.

Be strong, say no and you will feel happier and more energised which is what it is all about at the end of the day.
